Customer from Ghana required 20 units 4 axle low loader trailer with 80 ton load capacity for their new project. After receiving 30% deposit from customer, we finished the production in 20 days and then tested the 80 ton load capacity with steel plates. All our trailers will be tested strictly before delivery and issued with quality certificate. Then we packed the low loader trailers ready for shipping.

The 4 axle low loader trailers are designed for heavy duty load. The load capacity is minimum 80 tons. It is with 4 pcs FUWA 13 ton axle. JOST 28 ton landing gears. The total length is 13m with 9m loading deck. The loading deck width is 3m. The low loader trailers are with mechanical ramps so customer can drive vehicles and construction machineries on the trailers. There is one year warranty for the main parts of our trailers. The high quality parts and high strength steel, high standard welding technology will enable at least 10 years’ service life of our trailers.

The 20 units low loader trailer will be shipped with bulk vessel to Tema port. Will arrive at Tema port in about 40 days. We also will buy insurance for the trailers when we ship them. We believe our trailers will help customer complete their new project successfully.
